First you will need a youtube network, I recommend Freedom! the cpm is around 3 dollars and it's easy to get in. Even easier if you use a ref link like mine

So now you're ready to earn.
If you can edit a video fairly good I recommend making a montage parody, http://www.reddit.com/r/montageparodies/
You can watch a few to get the general concept of what you need to do.
Material can be found on the right side of the page a bit down "AIDS IN MAKING MONTAGE PARODIES"
Just add some "mlg" to a random video, some doritos, some quickscopes and some random sound.
If you got 0 editing skills you can always do a "illuminati video", example, I do this all the time as they take 0 to little effort and I use google images and use paint to add numbers etc.
I use this site for the sound, I use Ryan or Scott. I use windows movie maker for to edit the videos, I just add picture and use record voice, I use stereo mix to get the voice into movie editor.

If you game, record bugs or cool stuff and submit that to the subreddit for the game you play.
This last method might get you in trouble
You can also download videos from a subreddit, I recommend http://www.reddit.com/r/leagueoflegends
Download a few, like 10-20, don't download them all for the same day. Put them into a video and upload it to youtube and then submit it, with a title like "Best plays this week".
