Some people think that submitting a site to Webmasters tool only can make their blog appear on the SERPs but it’s not the fact. I mentioned all the important factors which can directly affect your site’s rankings. All the practices given above are very important and matters a lot and can badly affect your Site’s SEO value if not attempted properly. So to resolve them I’m giving some simple yet effective ways.
Our Recipe to resolve the issues:
Proper Image Optimization
I have already discussed about the importance of Image optimization in one of my previous articles. According to an algorithm, you can boost your site’s traffic by more than 35% if your images are well optimized. Image optimization consists of many practices like Title Optimization, Alt Text Optimization, Name Optimization etc. For complete information about image optimization tactics, you can
Proper Post Interlinking
Your posts should be interlinked properly in order to gain higher ranks in SERPs. You can understand the concept of getting higher ranks with the help of post interlinking by a small example. Suppose there are two webs of spiders in your house, one with very extensive crosslinking of webs which makes it thicker and other with very light crosslinking. If you try to analyze the difference between two then you’ll observe that web with extensive cross linking is easy to detect in comparison to the web with lightly cross linked web. Same thing happens in the case of googlebots, they rank your blog according the cross linking and interactivity among the posts because they are easy to observe and detect.
Inbound Links Building
Inbound links are the unsung hero of successful inbound marketing. They help increase traffic, improve SEO, and — if included in an article by a major news source — can be a great public relations win. There are two reasons why we need to build Inbound Links. First, it’s an opportunity to receive referral traffic from another website. An inbound link from a blog is an avenue for that blog’s readers to visit you. But depending on the amount of traffic that blog or website receives, the link may send a low volume of traffic.
Optimize post Structure
Post Structure includes proper use of fonts, colors, headings, paragraphs etc. Posts with optimized structure help in good SEO Value because of better readability.
Add a Proper Meta Description
Meta descriptions are HTML attributes that provide concise explanations of the contents of web pages. Meta descriptions are commonly used on search engine result pages (SERPs) to display preview snippets for a given page. Meta description tags, while not important to search engine rankings, are extremely important in gaining user click-through from SERPs. These short paragraphs are a webmaster’s opportunity to advertise content to searchers and to let them know exactly whether the given page contains the information they’re looking for.
Properly Use Robots.txt File
Robots.txt file is a convention to advising cooperating web crawlers and other web robots about accessing all or part of a website which is otherwise publicly view-able. Robots are often used by search engines to categorize and archive web sites, or by webmasters to proofread source code. The standard is different from, but can be used in conjunction with, Sitemaps, a robot inclusion standard for websites. Sometimes by improper use of this file can lead to bad performance of site on SERPs. So use it properly.
